3. Did You Turn To God Yet? Did You Call On Him For Help? “It’s Xtremely Personal”

I use to think He was not personal at all even though I believed He was real, I thought. But I had not yet opened my heart fully to the evidence of His love that was for me. My focus was not turned to Him. It was on other desires of my heart. It was on other people and other things that consumed my thoughts that I loved more. I could not recognize His love because the other desires of my heart overshadowed Him, until one day I woke up and I got Him. I got His love and how special it was. I turned to Him. I called on Him to help me. I got that He was there waiting patiently all along for me to realize that He was there. He was there and I didn’t know it. Nobody else did that. Nobody else could show me that. Nobody else waited patiently for as long as it took for me to see. As I compared the faithfulness of His sincere love to all else that I had experienced, there was no comparison that measured up. He showed me Him. My eyes were opened. His love was clear.

Please turn to God! Please call on Him to help you! He will. He is right there waiting on you to recognize that He is there. He has always been there. We just have to open our hearts to receive Him. He wants to be our number one focus.

The evidence of His love is everywhere. Open your eyes. Open your whole heart. Just look to Him and not all the distractions that are there to keep you away from knowing how much He loves you. He loves like no other, even in the consequences we experience because of our own actions or the actions of others. Don't let anybody or anything overshadow His love for you. He loves you and He has proven Himself. He has given His all to let us know.

Pay attention to the evidence. It's all around you.
